Astro Kasih Cipta Rekod Pembersihan Laut Terpanjang Di Dunia Posted: 12 Apr 2013 09:02 PM PDT Budiey sekarang berada di Kota Kinabalu, Sabah untuk buat liputan di Program Astro Kasih. Kali ini, mereka telah melakukan program pembersihan laut untuk mencipta Guinness World Record untuk pembersihan laut terpanjang selama 168 jam di 14 lokasi sekitar taman marin ini. Cubaan untuk mencipta rekod dunia ini telah bermula sejak 6 April lalu di Taman Marin Tunku Abdul Rahman, Sabah. Ini adalah kali kedua Budiey datang ke Sabah untuk melihat sendiri program Astro Kasih dijalankan. Budiey difahamkan, menjelang hari yang ke-5, program ini telah menerima kehadiran lebih ramai peserta baru yang menyertai cabaran ini. Sesuatu yang bukan mudah kerana pembersihan laut ini dibuat setiap masa tanpa henti termasuklah pada waktu malam. Seramai 140 orang penyelam dari dalam dan luar negara turut serta menjayakan cubaan mencipta rekod dunia ini. Budiey diberitahu, syarat Guinness World Record menetapkan sekurang-kurangnya seorang penyelam di dasar laut pada setiap masa dan setiap penyelam perlu mengutip sekurang-kurangnya satu sampah sehingga mencatat rekod masa 168 jam. Wow… sampah tu bukannya ringgan-ringgan ya, ada berat-berat. Jumlah sampah dikutip dalam program pembersihan laut dalam Astro Kasih mencatatkan rekod apabila mencecah lebih seribu kilogram sampah. Rekod juga mencatatkan jala ikan antara sampah paling banyak dikutip selain botol dan beg plastik di dasar laut. Kebanyakan jala ikan yang ditemui di dasar laut melitupi terumbu karang sekaligus menjejaskan habitat semula jadi hidupan marin. Wajah 2 penyampai Hitz FM Kota Kinabalu, Cassie & Rica yg menyelam sambil buat broadcast di event #AstroKasih. Walaupun penat namun usaha mereka berbaloi. Diorang nampak sangat excited! Selepas makan tengahari semalam di Sutera Harbour, Kota Kinabalu, Budiey dibawa ke lokasi di mana dua orang penyampai radio Hitz FM Kota Kinabalu bersiaran dari dasar laut buat pertama kalinya. Para pendengar Hitz FM dapat mendengar ulasan kedua penyampai radio Hitz FM iaitu Cassie dan Rica dari dasar laut dengan bantuan peralatan Tentera Laut Diraja Malaysia (TLDM). Pada hari ini, program Astro Kasih berjaya mencipta rekod dunia dalam Guinness World Record bagi pembersihan laut dalam paling lama iaitu 168 jam. Hampir 3 tan sampah berjaya dikutip. Tahniah Budiey ucapkan buat semua penyelam dan krew yang menjayakan program Astro Kasih ini.
